SI Joints & Lower Back WORKSHOP

This workshop will offer the opportunity to learn how to adjust the hips, realize what is a bit off, and activate muscle groups that for number of reasons decided to get “lazy”.
The cooperation of hip alignment, gluteal balance, rotators, flexors and extensors of the hip has immense rippling effect on what is happening in the back or downstream - hence we will look at the two gateways.
You will end up with some great takeaways and a few tools you can use; in yoga practice or on their own.
