Most of us carry our “life bag” on our shoulders – postural habits, too many things on our plate, sport injuries, freak accidents, or mother-nature sense oh humour.

Shoulder and neck pain is probably, next to the back pain, most common companion to many. Since, as a society we have chosen to lead the life we do, neck and shoulder therapy should probably become a household commodity.

There are more elaborate but also simple techniques to “unload” the traumas we put our shoulders through.
