Yoga with Meditation

The yoga sequences and postures in this workshop are calming, strengthening and they adapt to you. The movement has a meditative quality and gives a sense of space and ease… which leads comfortably towards focus for meditation.

Each of the meditations are respectful of each person’s values and belief system.

  • How do I breathe?

  • How do I sit – in fact, do I have to sit?

  • How do I stop from being distracted?

Bring your curiosity and comfortable clothes!
