I have been practicing yoga in various forms since 2006, completing my first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2011.
Yoga, to me, is the divine union of body, mind, and spirit. It's a way to connect to the physical self and listen to the quiet (or not so quiet!) messages our bodies send. It's a way to connect to the even quieter messages from the spirit. It's a way to nourish all aspects of the self so we can, in turn, nourish others with our gifts.
My classes are designed with the beginner in mind, with offerings to deepen the practice based on the comfort level of each practitioner. I encourage turning inward, listening to the body, letting go of competition with the ego, and practicing at a level that is comfortable in the present moment. It is my passion, and absolute pleasure to share the gifts of yoga with any and all seekers.
