Kelli stumbled upon yoga several years ago while she was searching for “something”. Little did she know that she would fine a practice that would have a big impact upon every aspect of her life.
A big fan of hatha and flow, Kelli believes that while the body gets stronger with a regular yoga practice, the mind also gets quieter and more focused. We can develop more steadiness and ease not only on the mat, but in the rest of our lives as well.
She completed her 200 hour YTT at Adishesha Yoga Zone after expanding her practice to include wall yoga and yin yoga and wanting to share the gifts of yoga with others.
