A little bit sugar, a little bit spice!
Teaching style is traditional Hatha base. Classes include core work, balancing sequences, strengthening postures, as well as range of movement exercises. Linking breath with movement, balanced with finding stillness in a shape and connecting with breath. Each class seeks to cultivate connection of body, breath, mind, awareness, and spirit.
Come as you are, that is enough.
I invite you to allow yourself to be seen, authentically you. Stand in your truth, that is your strength.
As a teacher it is both an honour and privilege to have you share your practice with me. It is with deep felt gratitude I say, thank you for allowing me to hold space.

My Yoga Experience
My practice has many dimensions, it transpires into all realms of my life, it is not simply isolated to the mat. Through my physical practice, I connect with myself on an emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Showing up for myself is a priority, it sets a grounding tone for how I experience life. My journey is a physical practice, it is my self-care, but most importantly it is my teacher.

My practice is continuously evolving. It is not about getting into the full expression of the posture but rather the journey and experience that flows within me as I practice. All of the lessons I learn and work through on my mat transpire off the mat too: learning when to hold on, when to let go, teaching patience, self-acceptance, self-discipline, strength, softness, and play!

To me, yoga is showing up for yourself, being present, showing gratitude, expressing appreciation, having compassion. It is about self-acceptance, acceptance of others, freeing ourselves from constructs and judgment. Yoga is pure magic and the greatest teacher if you are open to the lessons.
