Yoga has been a beautiful part of Katt’s life for the past 8 years. With a B.A. in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Waterloo, Kat completed her 200hr YTT at Adi Shesha. .
Her work as a Recreation Therapist, in addition to her own yoga practice, has sparked an interest most intensely in the benefits of yoga on emotional and mental health. Kat believes that the things we learn on our mats provide us with the biggest life lessons to use outside of the studio.
Her classes embody a fun, energetic, and playful feel that are driven by breath, but also cultivate a sense of grounding and deepening.
