You know that beautiful feeling you get right at the end of a yoga class that can often set the tone for your day, week, or even month. This feeling is the exact reason that Katt fell in love with yoga, and decided to become a teacher. She fell in love with yoga and its natural benefits to our emotional well-being.
Katt teaches a "flow" based style of yoga that links breath and movement. In her class you can expect to get lost in the “flow” of your movements. While her classes are accessible to most, come with a playful mind that is excited for a challenge! Each week we are working towards a new peak pose that will challenge us.
