Justine has been practicing yoga for over a decade and still feels like she has barely begun to scratch the surface of all there is to learn about it. Teaching is a great opportunity to share her love of yoga with others, so that they may also enjoy all the amazing benefits. She wishes that everyone could experience some of those wondrous transformations and revelations that come with gaining more awareness of themselves, and the world around them. With a background in dance, performing arts, music, martial arts, and other sports, Justine likes to draw from these disciplines and various yogic traditions when constructing her classes. She revels in the challenge of creating engaging and fresh routines; each sequence is truly a labour of love!
