Jane’s journey into yoga started with a desire to overcome various chronic health issues such as fibromyalgia and anxiety. After the huge improvements she made through her practice, she became a teacher in hopes of sharing what she had learned.
Her classes are a mix of gentle yoga and yoga as therapy. She often includes short meditations, and provide cues to help link breath, movement and release. Jane aims to provide a fun and accessible environment to explore your practice and deepen your connection between mind and body.
