Adishesha Retreat Zone

Our retreat is located in the Pontiac region, about 40 min. from Ottawa.

We have constructed a perfect summer practice room - fully screened structure with a handsome roof. Gentle breeze can pass through bringing fragrance of the woods, sounds of the creek running near by can keep you company when In Savasana.

Beautiful light during the day, at night we have cool lighting options or candles. Yes, we have stereo, so we can have a great party too!

Water, hot beverages and some snacks are available in the Shala. There are hammocks and corners to hand out and chill.

You can also go for walks. A short drive away there are Luskville Falls - a great hike.

We have set up traditional Tipis on the property. Well,... almost traditional - the tipis have electricity, wireless access, comfortable beds with all the trimmings... Two of three tipis have wood floor. The third one, a little smaller, has a thick lining and some carpeting. One of a Kind Experience! Got to try it.

Thre is a large Sauna and two hot water showers. Well yes, there is cold water to cool you off too. There is also a stream to jump into should you want to play!

Meals are served at the main house. We are going all out, after all it is a big part of an outing. Coffee & tea with a little something is available first thing in the morning (in the Shala), before breakfast - just in case you need to fuel up before you start kicking around.

We are very grateful to be here and welcome you to join us every now and then. Just so you know, apart Rick and Basia, we have two other permanent residents on the property: Lila - the cat that Doug the dog adopted as his own, and Paloma, a spanish, good looking cat.
