Workshop is FULL 

A series of 4 yoga classes/mini workshops in March 21, 28 & April 4, 11 with Basia Going

Main work: traction and lenghtening of the back - sacrum work, lower back, upper back, neck, and Shoulders. Please note that each class will include some inversion - hanging up side down, either fully or partially (gravity facilitated - no pressure on the neck or shoulders. Often you will be hanging from the sling wrapped around your hips.

Make sure you consult the doctor if you have issues with blood pressure, or other condition where up side down configuration for a 5 min period is questionable.

Why do it???

  • leaves you with more room in your spine
  • releases pain in the neck - yep, that one too
  • allows you to go deeper with less effort
  • teaches you what you could feel like... once you unload the "stuff" you carry for some reason...
  • reduces bills from Chiropractors :-)!
  • It is GREAT FUN!


Pre-registration is required - the workshops are limited to a small group. You will be getting lots of personal attention.


$80 + tax 

If there is space... drop in will be allowed but only for students that have taken the series before - brand new students to the Wall class will not be able to drop in. Drop in option fees are $25/class.
