ARM BALANCES, SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY, CORE STRENGTH
In this workshop we will explore principles behind the safe practice of arm balancing postures.
Through precise and correct alignment and deep exploration of key postures, students will get the necessary tools for farther development.Shoulders flexibility and core strength are the must for mastering arm balancing postures.
Participants will learn the most efficient exercises for increase of core strength and shoulder flexibility. We will use walls, props (blocks and straps) and partners work. A correct position of hands and proper use of breath (prana and apana), will be explained in details. We will also look into modifications.
